2 cups (500 ml) Uncooked long-grain rice
2 Tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
2 medium onions, chopped
2 tsp (10 ml) mild curry powder
2 tsp (10 ml) paprika
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 – 2 red chillies, chopped
2 Tbsp (30 ml) tomato paste
4 medium tomatoes, grated
½ cup (125 ml) green peas
Fresh coriander or parsley to garnish
