In a medium saucepan, heat oil and add the onion, chillies, paprika and fry for 5 minutes.
Add the carrots, white cabbage and red cabbage and fry for further 3 minutes.
Cook rice according to packet instructions and add the fish, peas and cook for 3 - 5 minutes, stirring gently.
Garnish with parsley or micro herbs and serve warm.
