Tuna Bread Tartlets


  • 2 x 170g Lucky Star Tuna, drained
  • 12 x bread slices
  • 1.5 cups grated cheese
  • 1 x large pinch of chilli flakes
  • 4 x tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 x pinch of paprika
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Method

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius
    Grease a large muffin pan using non-stick spray or butter
    Using a cutter, cut out rounds on each slice of bread
    Place the bread into the muffin pan
    Mix the Tuna, chilli flakes, mayonnaise, salt and pepper
    Add a handful of grated cheese and mix well
    Place spoonfuls of mixture on each slice into the muffin pan
    Top with grated cheese, and sprinkle with paprika
    Place the muffin pan in the oven for 15 minutes
