Ingredients400g Lucky Star Pilchards
2 packets of seafood mix
2 cups of rice
500g chunky tomato and onion mix
Cooking oil for frying
1 Green pepper
Salt and black pepper
Boil rice until soft and set aside.
Boil seafood mix,
Boil veggies until soft.
Fry onion and green pepper on a medium heat stove until golden brown, then add pilchards and the cooked seafood mix
Add seasoning if necessary.
Mix the rice, fish mixture and vegetables together in a large bowl
Mix well and serve hot
