Sardine Topping


  • 1 x 120g tin Lucky Star Sardines
  • 3 x tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 x finely chopped pepperdews
  • 2-3 drops of Tabasco
  • Salt and Pepper


Drain the oil from the Lucky Star Sardines and place into a bowl
Add the pepperdews, mayonnaise and tobasco to the bowl and mash together
Add salt and pepper to taste
Serve on crackers
