Pilchard With Eggs


400g can Lucky Star Pilchards in tomato sauce
4 TSP cooking oil.
4 large eggs
1 cup cooked rice
Pinch of salt & pepper to taste


Heat oil in a frying pan, beat eggs in a dish and warm eggs
Cut pilchards into medium sized chunks, season with salt and pepper to taste mix well in a frying pan
Pour over rice
Serves six
