Mac & Cheese Tin Fish

Ingredients

400g Lucky Star Pilchards
1 onion
3/4 cup oil
Curry leaves
Ginger & garlic
6 tomatoes
2 tsp masala
1 tsp salt
Cumin and coriander for taste
1 box macaroni
Cheddar cheese, grated

Method

Cook macaroni until soft and set aside
Heat oil in a large saucepan, add onion, ginger & garlic paste and curry leaves
Cook until golden brown
Add masala, Dhana Jeeru. Braise and add grated tomatoes
Simmer for 10 minutes
Add Pilchards
Add macaroni and mix well
Place all the ingredients in a casserole dish
Add cheddar cheese on top
Bake for 5 min at 180 deg
Serve hot and enjoy
