Lucky Star Casserole
400g can Lucky Star Pilchards in tomato
2 large potatoes
1 medium onion
5ml medium curry powder
5ml corn flour
bring 250 ml water & 1 ml salt to boil
peel & slice onion
peel & cut potatoes and add to boiling water
boil for 15 mins until tender.
add pilchards and chutney
pan fry curry powder & add to Pilchards.
lastly mix cornflour with a little cold water and add to mixture.
heat through until thickened.
serve on a bed of rice with chutney and salad
