- 400g can Lucky Star Pilchards
- Herbs, to taste
- Seasoning,to taste
Keep the Pilchard cuts together - carefully rinse off the tomato sauce.
Drizzle with herbs, seasonings and oil.
Carefully place on grill.
Grill for about 5 - 10 minutes, turning it over a few times.
