Fish Lasagne

Ingredients

  • 2 x 170g Lucky Star Tuna drained & flaked
  • 500g Hake
  • 1/4 c milk & 1/4 c water( to simmer hake)
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 125g button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 x 410g can tomato soup
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh herbs or 2 tsp dried herbs
  •  salt & pepper to taste
  • FOR CHEESE SAUCE: 250g smooth cottage cheese
  •  1 c milk or cream
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 250g Lasagne Sheets

Method

flaked cooked hake, 2 tins tuna,drained, sauted onions & mushrooms mixed with 1 can tom soup, sugar, herbs & seasoning - simmer together for 5 min. Make a cheese sauce with cottage cheese, fresh cream or milk & grated cheddar cheese. Spoon a layer of fish mixture on bottom of dish follow with lasangne sheets, fish mixture & cheese sauce. Repeat layers & sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 180*C for about 30 minutes
