Fish Frikkadels


  • 1 x 425g Lucky Star Middlecut
  • 2 x onions chopped
  • 3 x green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 x small bunch coriander
  • 1 x small bunch spring onions, chopped
  • 2 x slices of bread, crumbed
  • 1 x egg, beaten
  • 1 x tomato, chopped
  • 1 x teaspoon salt


Drain the Lucky Star Middlecut and gently flake the fish into a medium size bowl
Add in the remainder of the ingredients and mix well
Spoon small balls of the mixture together and dip in breadcrumbs, ensuring that the balls are fully covered
Deep fry the balls in oil until golden brown and crispy

Chutney or any sauce of your choice
