Fish Cakes

Ingredients

400g Lucky Star Pilchards
1/2 onion chopped and fried
1 egg, mixed with a fork
black pepper
1 slice of bread crumbed
Tabasco
1 potato mashed

Method

mix all ingredients together
fry spoonfuls of the mixture in oil until golden brown on both sides, flatten while cooking

Best enjoyed with

Mash and peas
