Fish Ball’s


1 x 400g Lucky Star Pilchards
6 x Slices of White Bread
1 x add, beaten
Leaves of Coriander
Salt to Taste
Shake of Pepper


Pour out fish from Lucky Star can, remove all inner bones of fish
Break fish into pieces and smash into the sauce from the can
Grate the bread finely, using a grater
Mix together with the fish mix
Add 5 ml (1teaspoon) salt ,pepper ,chopped coriander leaves
Mix all ingredients well together
Finally add beaten egg ,and bind well
Take small portion of mixture forming into balls
Fry in slightly hot oil until golden brown
