Fish Bake

Ingredients

1 x 400g tin Pilchards (cleaned)
1 x large bag of potato chips
6 x eggs
1 x tin vegetable soup

Method

Crush chips and put into a bowl
Beat eggs and mix with the chips
Clean pilchards and mash them finely with a fork
Mix the pilchards into the egg and chips mixture
Add tin of vegetable soup
Mix well
Pour into oven dish and bake for approx 30 min
