Crispy Fried Pilchards


1x 400g Can Lucky Star Pilchards
2x Eggs
1x cup self raising flower
30ml Oil for shallow frying
Salt & Pepper for taste


Drain the Pilchards, keep the sauce for something else.
Beat eggs in a bowl.
Mix self raising flour with salt and pepper
Divide Pilchards pieces into 2
Dip each piece in the egg mixture and then into the flour.
Shallow fry on both sides until crispy.
