Lucky Star presents Win Super!
Lucky Star, the cherished Super Food that’s loved for feeding the Bodies, Minds & Souls of South Africans gave the people of Mzansi a taste of the Super life with the WIN SUPER campaign.
To WIN A SHARE OF R10 MILLION, participants had to keep buying flavourful cans of Lucky Star, and check under the label to see if they were one of 25 eligible R100,000 cash prize winners.
Lucky Star consumers also stood a chance to win R1000 IN INSTANT CASH by texting the last 4 digits of their barcode to *120*3474# – in addition to spot airtime giveaways. There were also Store Makeovers to the value of R25,000 for traders who stocked 10 or more Lucky Star shrinks.
As if the masses couldn’t get any luckier with WIN SUPER, Lucky Star SA social pages hosted
#100DaysOfSuper competitions where awesome weekly prizes were up for grabs.

FIRST WINNER – MS N. MOKHEHLE
The first winner of R100 000, Ms N. Mokhehle, found her Lucky Label at Checkers Greenstone Crescent in Gauteng.
Ms Mokhehle intends to use her money to pursue her dreams of opening a catering company, we hope she’s got Lucky Star on the menu!
SECOND WINNER – MR I. MORGAN
The second winner of R100 000, Mr I. Morgan, found his Lucky Label at Spar at Umlazi Mega City, KZN.
Mr Morgan is going to use the money to pay for his children’s education so that they can grow up to be Super Smart.
THIRD WINNER – MS T. MPONGWANA
The third winner of R100 000, Ms T. Mpongwana, found her Lucky Label at a Shoprite in East London, Eastern Cape.
Ms. Mpongwana is using her prize money to build a new home for her family. We hope you enjoy your lovely new home and many healthy meals of Lucky Star in your new kitchen.
FOURTH WINNER – MR. J MKHWANALI
The fourth winner of R100 000, Mr J. Mkhwanali, found his Lucky Label at an A1 Supermarket in Polokwane Limpopo.
Mr Mkhwanali is planning on using his prize money to put his children
through school. We think that’s a great decision, and we know that the brain boosting powers of omega 3 found in every can of Lucky Star will help them with those hours of schoolwork.
FIFTH WINNER – MR Z. PARKER
The fifth winner of R100 000. Mr Z. Parker, found his Lucky Label at Elite Food Town in Cape Town.
Mr Parker hasn’t decided yet what to do with the money, but we’re sure that after eating his can of Lucky Star, he will make a smart choice.
SIXTH WINNER – MR N. MATLHOMOLA
The sixth winner of R100 000, Mr N. Matlhomola, found his Lucky Label at a Cambridge in Kimberley, Northern Cape, proving there is still treasure to be found in Kimberley.
