FILLET SALAD

Ingredients

  • A mixture of greens (basil, baby spinach, watercress, avocado
  • A handful of baby tomatoes, halved
  • Lucky Star Black Pepper and Lime Pilchards (Skinless & Boneless)
  • A few¬†slices of cucumber
  • Fresh radish
  • Pitted olives
  • Black pepper and salt to taste

Method

  1. Toss together greens, adding the baby tomatoes, cucumber, radish shavings and olives.
  2. Simply break the fillets into chucky pieces and add to your greens.
  3. Add some more flavour with a dash of fish oil (from your Lucky Star Can) for your salad dressing. Season to taste.

Tasty tip: you can add a variety of other greens (such as cucumber, avocado, lettuce) to make your choice salad.
