Lucky Star Mussel Chowder


2 x 85g tins Lucky Star Smoked Mussels  
2 cups potatoes cubed 
2 large leeks chopped
2 cloves garlic crushed
2 medium carrots cut in half lengthways and sliced
2 cups stock 
2 cups cream 


  1. In a medium pot, fry off the leeks and garlic until soft, then add the potato and carrots and cook until tender.
  2. Add the stock and cook until potatoes are almost soft.
  3. Add the Lucky Star Smoked Mussels and cook for a further 5 min, add cream and reduce.
  4. Season to taste.
