Lucky Star Mackerel Pate

Ingredients

1 x 400g tin Lucky Star Middle Cut Mackerel in water, drained
300g cream cheese
Juice & zest of 1 lemon
1 tsp. horseradish sauce
Pinch salt
Pinch black pepper

Method

  1. Remove the skin from the mackerel and place in a blender with the other ingredients and blitz for 1 minute. Place in a bowl, cover and put in the fridge for 20 minutes before serving.
